Summary

We're looking for a driven and strategic Account Supervisor to join our team! This person will manage scope and project activity across multiple divisions of a growing account, delivering successful results while building relationships and continuing to actively grow as a leader in the advertising business, at the Agency, and for the Client. We’re looking for a positive leader with a bias towards action to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and tactical day-to-day leadership of multiple businesses/business units with varying complexity to drive towards successful results
  • Manage the development of the creative product from input through completion
  • Lead planning, budgets, presentations, and blueprint/roadmap development for divisions of responsibility
  • Manage and deliver ongoing Client correspondence including status reports and conference reports
  • Develop reciprocally-beneficial Client and cross-functional team relationships and contribute towards growing existing business

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of marketing communication experience with 4+ years of agency experience
  • Word, Excel, and Powerpoint/Keynote skills essential; working knowledge of agency billing software a plus
  • Understanding of agency strategic and project management processes and ability to turn them into action for themselves and teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; is an active listener who can read a room and efficiently lead meetings/conversation
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience creating scopes, contributing to forecasts, managing budgets, and overseeing financial processes (estimating, billing) from an Account Management perspective
  • Able to guide/judge creative to be on strategy; offers concise input and direction to the creative department, to inspire and lead in the development of outstanding creative product
