Summary: We are seeking a Media Coordinator Intern interested in facilitating advanced digital media campaigns across Search (Google, Bing), Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), Programmatic, and Traditional (Trade, Print, Radio, TV, OOH) media partners. The intern will assist in executing paid media campaigns for clients including brands such as Kellogg’s, Gallagher Insurance, SOLO Cup, Illinois Tourism, and more. This is an intern-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment following a 3-month internship period.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage digital media campaigns across paid search and paid social ad platforms
  • Negotiate ad buys with media vendors and traffic creative assets to media partners
  • Monitor budget pacing and KPI performance for in-market campaigns
  • Report on campaign performance to clients using performance marketing best practices.
  • Practice advanced analytics to derive meaningful insights and lead competitive audits
  • Assist other team members with the billing and invoice process
  • Interact with clients to ensure account growth
  • Infuse digital-first and data-driven thinking throughout the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college education with an interest in the digital media landscape
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, technology, and evolving trends
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) is required
  • Experience with data analysis or visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus
